The Watts

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Watt family for a heartfelt end-of-life dog photoshoot, and the experience was nothing short of emotional and beautiful. We had such a wonderful time capturing the love, bond, and cherished moments that Beans, their beloved dog, shared with them throughout his life. I’m honored to share a behind-the-scenes look into their experience, along with some of their favorite memories!

From the very beginning, the Watt family was an absolute joy to work with. They shared that they felt “comfortable and at ease throughout the session,” which made all the difference in capturing those natural, intimate moments with Beans. Whether it was a quiet, tender moment with him or a playful gesture, the shoot was filled with emotion and connection.

One of their favorite parts of the day was when Beans comfortably sat beside them, looking up with so much love in his eyes. They loved how this moment perfectly captured his loyalty and the deep bond they shared. When asked about their experience, the Watt family said, “OMG! We cannot stop crying! You are AMAZING! You were so great with our children, too! We can't wait to have you photograph our family on a happier occasion!” They also mentioned that they plan to display their favorite images in their home as a reminder of the beautiful bond they shared with Beans and the love they continue to carry with them.
